What is an application?
An application is a tool that allows you to incorporate financial simulators into any environment. For example, on a public landing web page, in a private customer area or in an app.
Is FEXER compatible with any environment?
Yes, with FEXER you can incorporate our applications in any environment or CMS. You have the following options:
- Via iFrame.
- Via embedded JavaScript.
- Via API.
What can I do with the demo plan?
With the demo plan you can create applications and publish them in any environment. You will also see the conclusions of the behavior of your users. The “demo plan” is limited to 300 simulations per month, an ideal number to prove that FEXER can help you and enough for many small businesses that have little traffic.
Which plan is right for my company?
We have a plan for each type of company. The main decision is based on the number of clients of your company and the traffic that you are able to generate in your web pages or private areas. The more clients you have, the more simulations will be carried out and the more necessary a greater and better monitoring of the behavior of your clients becomes. Review the FEXER plans to learn more about all the features included in each plan.
What if I exceed the monthly limit of simulations?
Each plan has a monthly pack of simulations. If that limit is exceeded, each additional simulation is paid at a defined price. If it is exceeded regularly, it is advisable to hire the higher plan, with a higher simulation limit.
How does the analytics service work?
With the analytics service we help you find out how your clients behave in their simulations. What objectives are they seeking, what initial savings they have, what monthly payment they can pay, what final amount they want to achieve, etc. We offer the analytics service through a Google Data Studio or Microsoft Power BI dashboard, depending on the contracted plan.
I can't find the calculation I need
Get in contact with us. We have many types of calculations and their variants available, but it is likely that we will miss some. Do not hesitate to ask us what you need and we will surely find a solution.
What if I need help?
All FEXER plans have a support team available to help you with any incident or question you may have.
And if I want to cancel?
You can cancel whenever you want. You just have to go to your “Account”, to the “Your plan” section and select “Cancel plan”. FEXER will charge you what you have consumed to date.
